Echinochloa colona subsp. colona (commonly known as Awnless Barnyard Grass or Barnyard Millet) is a grass within the Poaceae family. It naturally occurs in Africa, Temperate Asia, and Tropical Asia. Within its native range, this subspecies is primarily associated with seasonally dry tropical conditions. It is a naturally occurring subspecies of Echinochloa colona, which is linked below, along with other subspecies of this species.
