The SilvaGrid name, branding, interface, original text, software, data mappings, classifications, and database organisation created for the service may be protected by intellectual-property and database laws. SilvaGrid does not claim ownership of underlying third-party botanical data or other material beyond the rights held in SilvaGrid's own contributions. Third-party sources may be subject to their own licences and terms.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the site's servers, databases, accounts, or underlying architecture.

Ordinary use of the site, linking to public pages, and access by legitimate search engines in accordance with SilvaGrid's published crawl controls are not prohibited by this section.

Plant Suitability & Ecological Risk

Selecting a location or climate zone on SilvaGrid provides only a macro-level guide to plant distribution based on WGSRPD geographic data. Microclimates, soil compositions, and localized environmental factors may prevent species from surviving in a specific environment.

Furthermore, the plants listed within our database may be subject to local advisories, toxicity warnings, or invasive weed declarations issued by municipal or national governments. By indexing a plant, SilvaGrid does not warrant that using such a species is advisable, ecologically safe, or legally permitted in your specific jurisdiction. Critical plant information—including local weed status and toxicity to humans, livestock, or pets—must be independently verified by the user prior to specification or planting. SilvaGrid accepts no liability for damages, ecological harm, or financial losses arising from the selection, purchase, or planting of any species discovered on this platform.

Subject to those rights, disputes relating to SilvaGrid or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
