Sarracenia alabamensis subsp. alabamensis (commonly known as Alabama canebrake pitcherplant or Alabama pitcherplant) is a herbaceous perennial within the Sarraceniaceae family. It is found natively in North America. Within its native range, this subspecies is primarily associated with subtropical conditions.
